Low lag transmission
Delivering both 720p/60fps and close range 1080p/30fps viewing with very low latency of just 110ms. Using DJI's OcuSync wireless transmission system you can connect up to 4 devices to the Mavic Pro. There are built-in antennas to provide 360-degrees coverage, so you can see everything.
The regular 2K screens inside the DJI Goggles are split into two 1280 x 1440 sections, one for each eye. When viewing a 16:9 image, some sections are cut off, leaving only a quarter of the available pixels. DJI Goggles have two 1920 x 1080 screens providing more than double the amount of pixels of a typical 2K single screen.
With a solid headband that evenly spreads the weight of the DJI Goggles around the head, you can be rest assured to minimise pressure on your face. If you wear glasses, then you can keep them on when you have the DJI Goggles on. You can flip the screen part up to see what's happening in the real world.
You can either use the touchpad on the side of the DJI Goggles or 5D button on the Mavic Pro controller to navigate the internal menu system.
- Micro USB input: Connect compatible Phantom 4 series and Inspire 2 using the USB port to get access to tracking functions and head tracking
- MicroSD card: Download files from aircraft to the DJI Goggles onboard SD card for backup or view video files
- HDMI input: Watch camera feeds from the drones or plug in a video device to watch films or play games
- Audio: Plug headphones into the jack or use the integrated speakers to listen to audio and videos being played through the HDMI cable

When will I receive my order?
We are able to offer Free Next Day Delivery on certain products. However, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after your order is received. How much does it cost to ship?
We offer FREE Delivery to the UK address. There is a fee associated with international orders going outside of UK.
What happens in case of a damage?
If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as it will be used for filing a claim.
You can return an item back to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise goods that have been used such as t-shirts are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Drones with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved (which is mostly the case), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank and explain that you are expecting some funds. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items bought on a sale cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable [unless there was a fault from our end]. If you send an item back to us without appropriate shipping, any incurred charges by us as a result of this returns will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over £40, we recommend that you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
