The DJI Mavic Air 2 is a marvel of design and engineering. Ultraportable and foldable with high-end flight performance and functionality, it is the perfect companion for your next adventure. This ultraportable design sets new standards for what a device of this size can achieve.

This is the first DJI consumer drone that will warn you of nearby planes and helicopters via its controller. Feature is currently only limited to North America.

DJI Mavic Air 2 benefits from a larger camera sensor and the addition of a timelapse feature that captures footage at up to 8K resolution. Real-time video can be recorded at up to 60 frames per second at a maximum of 4K, with the amazing 48 megapixels.  

DJI Mavic Air 2 comes with One Year warranty.

Similar to the original DJI Mavic Air, this new model folds up when not in use. However, it is x1.3 of the original and noticeably larger in size, weighing 570g and measuring 18cm x 9.7cm x 8.4mm.

Each drone finance merchant is independent of Dronescend and make their decision based on their own algorithms. This means that if your application is rejected, you will need to contact the merchant directly to find out more. If your application is rejected, you can still come back to our site to complete your order using PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.



There is a One Year Manufacturer's warranty. If your drones becomes faulty through no fault of your own, DJI will repair the drone free of charge.



Drone regulations vary in different countries. In the UK; as of 30th November 2019, if your drone weighs over 250 grams, you will need to register to fly with the CAA. Weighing 570g, the DJI Mavic Air 2 will require you to have a license to fly in the UK. Make sure to familiarise yourself with the Drone Code and the Drone Registration Scheme before you fly. Registering your drone requires you to pass an online theory test and costs just £9 a year. If you want to fly commercially, meaning you will use your drone to generate some form of income; you will need to take the PfCO CAA (Permission for Commercial Operations) exam.





How much does it cost to ship?

FREE Delivery to any UK address; no matter the size.

The standard free delivery is available for all orders through our site. If the item is in stock and in our warehouse, your item will be dispatched within one working day. However,  you can opt for Next Day Delivery at checkout. The cut-off time for same day dispatch is 1pm. 

There is a fee associated with all International orders going outside of United Kingdom. Unfortunately for orders outside of the UK, Dronescend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.


When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day after your payment has cleared. If you choose Next Day Delivery at checkout, your order will be dispatched on the same day (applies on Monday - Friday only). The cut-off time for same working day dispatch is 1pm. In case of a pre-orders, it will be dispatched once we receive the stock in our warehouse.


When will I receive my order?

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have any questions, send us an email or call 0800 832 1174.


What happens in case of a damage?

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as it will be required for filing a claim with the courier company.


Sometimes things don't always go as planned or circumstances change and you have to return an item you've bought. You can return an item back to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise goods that have been used such as t-shirts are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If applicable, a maximum of 70% partial refund can be granted at our discretion for:
  • Drones with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.
  • Any item that is reported faulty more than 15 days of delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved (which is mostly the case), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank and explain that you are expecting some funds. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via phone or email.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items bought on a sale cannot be refunded.


If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable [unless there was a fault from our end]. Faulty items must be reported within 15 days of delivery. If you send an item back to us without appropriate shipping, any incurred charges by us as a result of this returns will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over £20, we recommend that you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
