DESCRIPTION

Think about it; you have spent a lot of money on your Mavic Mini. Why not protect it from accidental damage? This DJI Mavic Mini Care Refresh will cover you and provide two replacement units if your drone were to accidentally damage by water or collision, letting you fly with peace of mind. This DJI Care Refresh Card is for DJI Mavic Mini Drone. Each time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

 

DETAILS

This Refresh Card provides two replacement units in one year and covers a wide variety of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind. This is a digital purchase, therefore a physical card will not be sent to you. 

If you purchase this Refresh Card with Mavic Mini on Dronescend, we can bind the refresh card and the drone before it arrives. Please leave a note when checking out if your prefer this option, otherwise we will not bind until you contract us that you have received your drone. After DJI Care Refresh is activated, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.

DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft when it meets one of the following criteria:
  • Brand new and un-activated aircraft;

  • Aircraft activated within the last 48 hours. Once binded with the drone, the refresh card will no longer be refundable.
  • Repaired in an official DJI Service Center (within 72 hours of receiving email invitation).

DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.

Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

If you already have a Mavic Mini drone and want the refresh card on its own, please ensure that it meets the eligibility above, then send us the S/N code for the drone you want to bind the card to. If you have already purchased a physical DJI Care Refresh activation card, click here to bind it to your aircraft.

How much does it cost to ship?

FREE Delivery across UK; no matter the size.

The standard free delivery is available for all orders through our site. However,  you can opt for Next Day Delivery at checkout. If the item is in stock and in our warehouse, your item will be dispatched within one working day. 

There is a fee associated with all International orders going outside of United Kingdom. Unfortunately for orders outside of the UK, Dronescend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day after your payment has cleared. If case of a pre-order, it will be dispatched once we receive the stock in our warehouse.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have any questions, send us an email or call 0800 832 1174.

 

What happens in case of a damage?

If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as it will be required for filing a claim with the courier company.

RETURNS

Sometimes things don't always go as planned or circumstances change and you have to return an item you've bought. You can return an item back to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise goods that have been used such as t-shirts are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Drones with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved (which is mostly the case), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank and explain that you are expecting some funds. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via phone or email.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items bought on a sale cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable [unless there was a fault from our end]. If you send an item back to us without appropriate shipping, any incurred charges by us as a result of this returns will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over £40, we recommend that you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
