The Inspire 2 takes everything that was good about the Inspire 1 and improves it. An all-new image processing system records at up to 5.2K in CinemaDNG RAW, Apple ProRes 4444 XQ and more. It goes from 0 to 50mph (80kph) in just 5 seconds and hits a maximum speed of 58 mph (94 kph) and has a max descent speed of 9m/s for unheard of speed and agility in an aircraft this size. A dual battery system prolongs the flight time to a maximum of 27 minutes (with an X4S), while self-heating technology allows it to fly even in low temperatures. Flight Autonomy has been revised and developed specifically for the Inspire 2, providing two directions of obstacle avoidance and sensor redundancy. Increased intelligence adds multiple intelligent flight modes, including Spotlight Pro, giving even single pilots the ability to create complex, dramatic shots. An upgraded video transmission system is now capable of dual signal frequency and dual channel, streaming video from an onboard FPV camera and the main camera simultaneously, for better pilot and camera operator collaboration.

Does the Inspire 2 come with camera and gimbal included?

  • No. Please purchase your gimbal and camera separately.
What is the Inspire 2’s maximum flight?
    Can I use the Inspire 1 remote controller with the Inspire 2?
    • No. You will need to use an Inspire 2 remote with your Inspire 2 aircraft.
    What type of motors and propellers does the Inspire 2 use?
    • The Inspire 2 has 3512 motors and 1550T propellers.
    What type of motors and propellers does the Inspire 2 use?
    • The Inspire 2 Intelligent Flight Battery has a capacity 97.5Wh. Most airlines allow carrying  batteries below 100 Wh in carry-on luggage. However, as regulations may vary across airlines and regions, please contact your airline or the regulatory body of your destination.

    How much does it cost to ship?

    FREE Delivery to any UK address; no matter the size.

    The standard free delivery is available for all orders through our site. If the item is in stock and in our warehouse, your item will be dispatched within one working day. However,  you can opt for Next Day Delivery at checkout. The cut-off time for same day dispatch is 1pm. 

    There is a fee associated with all International orders going outside of United Kingdom. Unfortunately for orders outside of the UK, Dronescend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

     

    When will my order be dispatched?

    Orders are usually dispatched within one working day after your payment has cleared. If you choose Next Day Delivery at checkout, your order will be dispatched on the same day (applies on Monday - Friday only). The cut-off time for same working day dispatch is 1pm. In case of a pre-orders, it will be dispatched once we receive the stock in our warehouse.

     

    When will I receive my order?

    Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within 1-5 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have any questions, send us an email or call 0800 832 1174.

     

    What happens in case of a damage?

    If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as it will be required for filing a claim with the courier company.

    RETURNS

    Sometimes things don't always go as planned or circumstances change and you have to return an item you've bought. You can return an item back to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise goods that have been used such as t-shirts are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If applicable, a maximum of 70% partial refund can be granted at our discretion for:
    • Drones with obvious signs of use.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.
    • Any item that is reported faulty more than 15 days of delivery.

    REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved (which is mostly the case), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank and explain that you are expecting some funds. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via phone or email.

    SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items bought on a sale cannot be refunded.

    EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via phone or email and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.

    GIFTS

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    SHIPPING

    To return your product, you should send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with an address to send the items back to.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable [unless there was a fault from our end]. Faulty items must be reported within 15 days of delivery. If you send an item back to us without appropriate shipping, any incurred charges by us as a result of this returns will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item worth over £20, we recommend that you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
