Sadly, COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has taken many lives in recent weeks. Many of us are worried because of the impact of self isolation and how an economic downturn could negatively impact our lives.
COVID-19 is a new disease that can affect your lungs and is known to be caused by a bacterium referred to as coronavirus. The Word Health Organisation (WHO) recently declared COVID-19 is a pandemic.
We are working hard to ensure that we provide the best service to all our customers during this period. We have always taken precautions when shipping your parcel, but we are now going a step further. We are still taking orders from on our site and will send them accordingly, however we are also reserving stock. So if you do not want us to dispatch your order, leave a message for us in the "Note" section of the checkout page.
Parcels generally go through a number of people before it reaches you. Our advise during this pandemic that WHO has said can be contained are:
- Have a no handshake policy and that includes when your parcel arrives at your door.
- When you order from us, we provide a tracking number which requires you to sign for it. Ensure to wash your hand immediately and use hand sanitiser.
If you have the symptoms of COVID-19, please follow the guidelines of health authorities and self isolate to protect yourself and your loved ones. If you do not have any symptoms and you are going to fly your drone, we suggest that you find an open space, completely isolated away from people and do not fly over buildings.
