How can I cancel my order?
If you choose to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please send us an email at: [email protected] to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund or exchange. How do I qualify for returning an unwanted item?
You can return an item back to us within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If your item gets damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will contact the shipment courier to file a claim on your behalf. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched on next working day after your payment is received.

When will I receive my order?
We are able to offer Free Next Day Delivery on certain products. However, delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after your order is received. How much does it cost to ship?
Delivery to the UK is free of charge. Orders outside of the UK will cost £20 and will be displayed at the checkout (included in your total order amount).

Do you pay for customs fees outside UK?
Unfortunately for orders outside of the UK, Dronescend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
