DJI, the drone manufacturing giant has become a household name in the last few years. According to DroneDJ, a new Mavic Pro 3 will be released at some point in 2021. DJI has already had a busy 2020 with many releases such as DJI Mini 2, Mavic Air 2, Matrice M300, OM 4, Pocket 2 and many other gadgets. With a much anticipated Mavic 3 Pro in the pipeline for 2021, DJI has already released the their flagship FPV and Air 2S.
What's so special about this Mavic Pro 3 drone? According to the source from DroneDJ, this new drone will be capable of shooting 8K video. This makes perfect sense, considering the Mavic 2 Pro was capable of 4K. Although there has been no hint for the resolution of the camera, Dronescend is calling dibs on 24 Megapixels for DJI Mavic 3 Pro.
There is no indication on price but we suspect the price will be around £1500 and will simply be called Mavic Pro 3. Let the waiting begin!
